What is this renewal for?
Your GPS unit is already installed and working, but access to the Transpoco platform (live map, trip history, alerts, reports, etc.) is linked to a subscription.
This product allows you to extend that access for your existing vehicle(s).
What’s included
By renewing your subscription, you keep:
- ✅ Full access to the Transpoco web and mobile app
- ✅ Real-time location of your vehicles
- ✅ Detailed history of trips and stops
- ✅ Alerts and notifications (geofencing, unauthorised movement, etc.)
- ✅ Fleet reports (kilometres driven, time on site, utilisation…)
- ✅ Customer support and platform updates
No new GPS device is shipped: this renewal only covers the service and the application.
How it works
- Place your order and enter the quantity you need
(1 renewal = 1 vehicle for [duration]). - Our team links the renewal to the tracker(s) already installed on your account.
- You receive a confirmation email when the renewal is activated and you continue to use the app as normal, or regain access if it had expired.
